Our participants from Portugal have been assisting a jobshadowing programme during this week.

1. Day: we have visited the Fepamic Association, seen its instalations and workshops; got information about social and healtcare services for special kids and disabled individuals @fepamicordoba

2. Day: We have visited the Headquarters of Prode Association; seen its departments and got information about how the selection and hiring procces of disables individuals is carried out; visited the professional school of the association and got informed about the professional trainings; visited the shelter house for needed individuals. @fundacionprode

3. Day: we have visited Residencia Santa María: got informed about the given services and age-related medical conditions and ways to treat elderly people.

4. Day: we have visited Wayalia: learnt about healthcare practices for elderly in Spain; compares the system of both countries.
